Initiate Your Request
Log into your BAMI account, select the order you wish to return, and print your prepaid shipping label from our returns portal.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location using the provided prepaid label; we will track the journey back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
